Senior External Reporting Analyst

Position Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting. CPA preferred
• Four plus years experience in financial statement preparation, financial consolidations and general ledger accounting.
• Public company experience preferred.
• Word and Excel required, with SAP and Hyperion preferred
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, and be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Team player and responsible individual with an entrepreneurial attitude toward responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities

• Monthly Reporting – Preparation of all equity based entries, including share based compensation under SFAS 123(R) and SFAS 128 (EPS).
• SEC Reporting – assists in the preparation of all SEC reports, including 10-K’s and 10-Q’s. Specifically responsible for the preparation of the Statements of Cash Flows, Comprehensive Income and Shareholders Equity.
• Accounting & Business Research – Research and resolve accounting and business issues; assists with the implementation and documentation of new accounting pronouncements.
• Audit Coordination – prepare / respond to external and internal auditors.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
