Compensation Supervisor
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 3 - 5 years experience in area of compensation
- Excellent working knowledge of compensation concepts, laws, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; attention to detail
- Master’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
- Industry experience preferred
Position Responsibilities
- Analyze company compensation surveys regarding shorebased and offshore personnel.
- Prepare analyses of external compensation survey data to determine company’s overall competitive position and to evaluate for new hire salaries.
- Oversee the job description database.
- Review job descriptions to determine salary grade recommendations with use of a market pricing job evaluation system.
- Develop documents for use in the Company’s compensation annual processes.
- Administer the annual processes for the Short Term Incentive Plan, the Long Term Incentive Plan, the labor budget, and the Retention Bonus program.
- Oversee and administer the Stock Options and Restricted Stock Plan.
- Keep detailed records related to the all Stock Option and Restricted Stock activity.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and agencies.
- Meet with internal and external auditors as directed.
- Maximize the use of information systems and technology for tracking, analysis, reporting, administration and communications of compensation data.
- Provide guidance on compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
- Oversee specific personnel reports such as worldwide turnover, worldwide headcount, and key performance indicators.
- Oversee the performance appraisal database.
