Technical Recruiter
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least three years of experience recruiting candidates with technical expertise, including, but not limited to, engineering, IT, electronics technology, subsea systems, electrical systems and/or preventative maintenance
- Familiarity with appropriate computer software
- Must be willing to travel
Position Responsibilities
- Recruit and maintain an adequate source of personnel to fill the staffing requirements for corporate and offshore technical positions
- Interface with division managers to determine staffing requirements
- Direct recruiting campaigns (e.g., newspaper ads, job fairs, etc.) to attract technical candidates from appropriate disciplines
- Work with on-campus placement offices as required
- Oversee/assist in the selection process by reviewing resumes, verifying past employment, testing applicants and conducting personal interviews
- Work with the Organizational Development department in selecting quality recruits for field operations as well as for engineer and field management programs
- Maintain records and files necessary to perform job duties.
- Other duties as assigned by management
