Senior SAP Maintenance Analyst
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in non IT technical discipline or comparable experience.
- At least five years experience in support for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- At least five years of progressive experience and responsibility in deploying, training, data validation, and change management tasks within the maintenance organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge in writing functional specifications, user acceptance tests and business process revisions.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Excellent facilitation, verbal and written (formal and technical) communication skills.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to work efficiently; deliver quality results within standards and meet deadlines.
- Experience using MS Office Suite including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project and Outlook.
Position Responsibilities
- Confer with Director of world wide Maintenance in the use of Noble’s SAP maintenance to facilitate system business processes that track and report maintenance and repair standards.
- Support Noble’s project management office and IT Framework in defining the maintenance organization’s SAP goals, objectives enhancements, resource requirements, budget and points of integration with finance and supply chain SAP modules.
- Implement and provide business management insight for using SAP Maintenance System for managing maintenance routines. • Review and analyze maintenance and operational reports.
- Analyze and confirm validation of transformed master data and business processes after conversion or business process upgrades.
- Communicate business improvement opportunities to Director of worldwide maintenance and the department’s business analyst.
- Support department’s business analyst in developing business case documentation for desired enhancement to the SAP maintenance module
- Maintain relationships with Systems Analysts and Business Analysts representing Finance, Supply Chain and Maintenance across: Finance (FI) including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Sales & Distribution (SD), Treasury (TR), Controlling (CO), Consolidations (ECCS), Project Systems (PS), Investment Management (IM), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IN), Logistics (LO), Purchasing (PU) and Plant Maintenance (PM).
