Sr. Mechanical Field Auditor
Position Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Technical Discipline or comparable experience
- 10+ years experience in field maintenance
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
- Must be willing to travel up to 35% of the time
Position Responsibilities
- Assume a lead maintenance implementation role in the SAP/ Plant maintenance project.
- Assume a lead role in planning and execution of maintenance/material audits or rigs on a global basis.
- Visit rigs and auditor quality and methods of maintenance being performed.
- Consult with engineering personnel to become familiar with modification of machines and equipment to familiarize self with maintenance and repair standards on rigs.
- Work closely with and maintain good relationships with maintenance contractors and vendors to ensure that the equipment is maintained and repaired in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
- Review existing rig equipment standards, propose new standards, and implement same.
- Other duties as assigned by management
