Materials and Logistics Coordinator
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study or a minimum of 10 years direct equivalent experience in expediting, project management or freight forwarding.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the planning and scheduling discipline, preferably in the oil production industry.
- Solid PC experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Position Responsibilities
- Integrate to create a master materials procurement/shipping schedule for project(s).
- Work with procurement management and suppliers to identify preliminary delivery schedules.
- Identify all critical shipping paths within a project based on ROS dates.
- Track and maintain the master materials procurement/shipping schedule to identify deliveries, shipping and receiving statuses.
- Assist with the estimation of costs and routing options.
- Monitor clearance process for all orders shipped to international shipyard destinations.
- Confirm delivery to final shipyard/delivery address for each project order.
