Assistant Driller - Position Requirements
- 2-5 years offshore experience as a derrickhand
- Valid Well Control Certificate
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to safely operate pipe racking system
Barge Engineer - Position Requirements
- 3+ years working as Barge Engineer or equivalent on an offshore drilling rig
- Completion of all training and certification requirements for Barge Engineer. These include, but may not be limited to, all FCC and Coast Guard required licenses.
- Advanced knowledge of ballast control.
Captain - Position Requirements
- Prefer College Degree Maritime Deck Transportation or equivalent.
- USCG Unrestricted Masters License or equivalent.
- Command experience as a vessel captain.
- Excellent leadership, communication and management skills.
- Computer skills in information systems and computer control consoles.
- Experience with Dynamic Positioning Systems.
- Experience in marine environmental and hazardous material regulations and procedures.
- Experience in offshore marine operations, industrial environment, and drilling operations.
- Speak English and language of the country in which Noble is conducting drilling operations.
Crane Operator - Position Requirements
- 2-5 years offshore experience operating offshore cranes
- Valid Crane Operators License
- Supervises roustabout crew
Driller - Position Requirements
- 2-5 years offshore experience as a driller
- Valid Well Control Certificate
- Supervises drill crew
Dynamic Positioning Operator - Position Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience as a Dynamic Positioning Operator.
- Working knowledge of Cegelec and Natronics DP systems.
- Advanced Electronics background in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance or electronic display consoles, circuit card component replacement, and electronic instrumentation.
- Coordinate rig position with departments involved in drilling operations to ensure desired position is maintained.
- Must hold a Third Mates license or better.
- Must hold a certificate of Dynamic Positioning System Operator.
Electrician - Position Requirements
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- SCR training and experience preferred
Electronics Technician - Position Requirements
- 3 to 5 years offshore experience as an Electronics Technician.
- Experience with alarm and monitoring systems, communications equipment, cameras and monitors.
- Experience with all types of instrumentation, analog and digital.
- Knowledge of AC and DC electricity.
- Should be familiar with various sub sea systems and drilling equipment.
- Should possess a working knowledge of other general electrical items affiliated with the daily operation.
Materials Coordinator - Position Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Materials Coordinator, Storekeeper, Inventory Control Specialist or equivalent industry experience.
- Working knowledge of HSE practices common to the industry.
- Computer literate.
- Interest in working internationally.
Mechanic - Position Requirements
- 1 year of offshore experience as a Mechanic or equivalent industry experience.
- Good safety record from past operations.
- Working knowledge of HSE practices common to the industry.
- Familiar with application of the HSE Management System and continuous improvement.
- Complete understanding of mechanical pumps and air compression systems.
- EMD and Caterpillar experience required.
Safety & Training Supervisor (STS) - Position Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in the drilling industry in a Safety and Compliance capacity or equivalent industry experience
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Familiarity with STOP program for Supervisors
Subsea Engineer - Position Requirements
- Experience with Subsea BOP stacks and related equipment
- Good mechanical and hydraulics background
- Valid Well Control Certificate
Subsea Trainee - Position Requirements
- Knowledgeable in hydraulics and fluid system maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of BOP’s and control systems and associated procedures.
- Knowledge of riser tensioners and CMC functions.
- Knowledge of all wellhead equipment and running tools.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
- Effective communication skills (written & oral)
- Ability to understand and react with diverse groups and operations.
- Computer skills in information systems.
- Experienced at decision making and problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Skilled in time management and establishing priorities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis
Welder - Position Requirements
- 2+ years offshore experience welding in an offshore environment, preferably MODU experience.
- Experience with torch cutting to repair and replace structural and support devices.
- X-Ray certification- 6 G Pipe Testing
